Not much to say, a run. Nothing earth-shattering. :)

Early run before a 7:30a start meeting.

I forgot my Garmin. This was yet another early run before yet another early meeting.

Crappy finish. I was running on a bad night's sleep at the end of a long, very exhausting week. The first 10 miles were awesome, the last two were horrid. All of a sudden, out of nowhere my right knee and right plantar fascia started hurting. I walked most of the last mile. Let's just say running five days a week is teaching me the value of good, solid rest.
