You can tell I wasn't working real hard on this one. I had Ivy with me, dropped my cell phone in the ocean, etc. Mostly just nervous about the marathon...

All in all it has been an amazing experience. I am so glad I started running -- I have learned so much about life.
I can't wait for my next one in July. There's lots I learned this time that I'll apply to the next one. For now my plan is to follow Hal Higdon's Intermediate I plan and focus on building strength for the last few miles. I'll worry about speed in October for the Chicago...
